For more than 14 years, Abdullah Zafar has helped people unlock the potential of technology through accessibility, assistive technology, and practical training. As a professional with lived experience of visual impairment, he understands that meaningful accessibility comes from combining technical expertise with the realities of everyday life. Throughout his career, Abdullah has worked across government, corporate, and non-profit sectors, training professionals, supporting organisations in improving accessibility, and advising on the practical use of assistive technology. His work is built on years of hands-on experience, always focused on delivering solutions that are practical, effective, and empowering. As one of the founders of Inclusive Hill, Abdullah leads the organisation's operations while helping shape its accessibility strategy and training programmes. He is passionate about turning accessibility into practical action, enabling organisations to build inclusive environments where everyone can participate with confidence.

Waqas Ramzan is a technology professional with a passion for collaboration, innovation, and creating opportunities that make a lasting impact. As a person with lived experience of visual impairment, he believes technology becomes truly meaningful when it empowers people and brings communities together. His experience spans technology, project coordination, training, and organisational development. Over the years, Waqas has contributed to numerous national and international initiatives, working alongside organisations, volunteers, and industry partners to promote accessibility, digital inclusion, and skills development. A Gold Medalist at the 2019 Global IT Challenge in the Republic of Korea, he combines technical expertise with a practical, people-centred approach to every project he undertakes. At Inclusive Hill, Waqas manages programmes, supports strategic partnerships, and contributes to the successful delivery of training initiatives and collaborative projects. He enjoys connecting people with ideas, building meaningful relationships, and helping transform opportunities into sustainable impact.
